能力本位视域下茶艺人才培养模式探幽——高职茶艺人才培养的“三融合”模式研究

摘要 为了缓解经济社会发展对高素质茶艺人才的广泛需求与高校培养供给相对不足之间的矛盾,解决茶艺人才培养过程中存在着不同程度的重教学、轻育人,重知识、轻能力,重传统课堂、轻社会课堂的问题,本文致力构建集思政融入、课证融通和一、二、三课堂融汇于一体的“三融合”茶艺人才培养模式。对标社会主义核心价值观关于公民个人层面价值准则,发掘茶文化和茶艺专业教育中的思政元素,用之引领价值塑造;对接国家职业大典关于茶艺师和评茶员职业能力标准,着眼专业能力提升,加快茶艺课程教学改革,尽快实现与茶艺师、评茶员职业考试的无缝衔接;对照茶艺人才“知识+素质+能力”培养指标体系,融汇一、二、三课堂,努力实现理实一体化、校企双育人的教育理念。 In order to alleviate the contradiction between the extensive demand for high-quality tea art talents by economic and social development and the insufficient supply of talents training in colleges and universities,this study uses literature,investigations,cases and professional seminars to conduct in-depth comparative analysis to explore the cultivation mode of tea art talents from the perspective of ability standard.Firstly,it examines the problems existing in the process of training tea art talents,namely emphasizing teaching while ignoring education,emphasizing knowledge while ignoring ability,emphasizing traditional classrooms while ignoring social classrooms and intends to build a“three-in-one”tea art talents training mode with the combination of the ideological and political theories teaching in all courses,the integration of course and certificate and the fusion of the first,second and third classrooms.Then taking the requirements of the socialist core values on citizens as the criteria,it probes into the ideological and political elements in tea culture and tea art professional education and uses them to cultivate citizens’values.Meanwhile,taking the professional competency standards on tea artists and tea critics stipulated by the National Vocational Ceremony as the guide,it aims to the improve their professional abilities,accelerate the teaching reform on tea arts courses and try to establish linkages between the course and the professional certificates of tea artists and tea critics as soon as possible.By comparing with the“knowledge+quality+ability”training index system for tea art talents,it integrates the first,second and third classrooms,and strives to realize the educational concept of integrating theory and practice,and educating humans with both schools and enterprises.
