摘要
作为一种新型教学模式,翻转课堂受到众多高校教师的青睐。但很多教师课前教学能力不足加剧了学生课前自学效果不理想,一直制约着高校翻转课堂教学的真正实施。文章运用结构方程模型从特质与动机、态度与价值观、知识和技能四个维度初步构建了高校教师翻转课堂课前教学胜任力模型,并通过实证分析发现:特质与动机、态度与价值观是影响高校教师翻转课堂课前教学能力的重要因素,课前学生学习环节管理胜任力是翻转课堂课前教学技能的关键能力。研究结论加深了对翻转课堂课前教学阶段的理解,拓展和深化了高校教师翻转课堂课前胜任力特征的研究,对高校教师有效开展翻转课堂教学具有实践指导意义。
As a new teaching mode,the flipped classroom is favored by many college teachers.However,due to the lack of pre-class teaching competence,the unsatisfactory effects of students’self-study before class exacerbates,which restricts the real implementation of flipped classroom teaching in colleges and universities.Using the structural equation model,this paper preliminarily constructs the pre-class teaching competence model for college teachers in flipped classroom from the four dimensions,namely,trait and motivation,attitude and values,knowledge as well as skills.Through empirical analysis,it is found that trait and motivation plus attitude and values are two important factors affecting college teachers’pre-class teaching competence in flipped classroom,and pre-class management competence of student learning is the key ability to organize the flipped classroom.The research conclusion deepens the understanding on the pre-class teaching stage in flipped classroom teaching and expands the research on college teachers’pre-class competence characteristics,which has practical significance in guiding college teachers to carry out effective flipped classroom teaching.
