船用发电柴油机转速波动原因分析及工艺改进

摘要 柴油机转速波动是柴油机常见故障之一。文章对船用柴油发电机组试验中出现的转速波动故障原因进行了分析,介绍了电子调速器的基本构成和工作原理,并提出了改进工艺,开展了相关验证工作,可为后续分析柴油机转速波动问题提供借鉴和帮助。 Speed fluctuation is one of the common faults of the diesel engine.The causes of speed fluctuation in diesel generator set tests are analyzed,and the basic constitution and working principle of the electronic governor are introduced.The improved process is proposed,and the relevant verification work are carried out,which provides reference and help for the analysis of diesel engine speed fluctuation fault.
