摘要
在含高比例风电的电力系统中,由于灵活性电源占比小,燃煤机组需要频繁地深度调峰,将会导致系统低碳经济运行水平降低。据此,分析不同负荷率下锅炉、汽轮机等辅机系统以及脱硫脱硝工艺对燃煤机组碳排放的影响,研究其各调峰阶段的碳排放特性,以此建立考虑深度调峰的燃煤机组全过程碳排放强度计算模型;针对抽蓄机组利用率低的现状,提出一种基于低碳调用系数的抽蓄辅助燃煤机组深度调峰的低碳经济调度策略;进而建立以系统总运行成本最小为目标的低碳经济调度模型。最后,基于改进的IEEE 39节点算例进行仿真分析,验证了所提模型的可行性,且结果表明所提策略能有效提高抽蓄的利用率、降低燃煤机组的深度调峰能耗与碳排放,实现系统的低碳经济运行。
Due to the flexible power sources account for a small proportion in the power system with a high proportion of wind power,coal-fired units need to be frequently and deeply peaked,which will reduce the low-carbon economic operation level of the system.Based on the above background,we analyzed the impact of boiler,steam turbine and other auxiliary systems as well as the desulfurization and denitrification process on carbon emissions under different load rates,and studied the carbon emission characteristics of each peak shaving stages,so as to establish a calculation model for the whole process carbon emission intensity considering deep peak shaving of coal-fired units.Aiming at the low utilization rate of pumped storage units,we proposed a low-carbon economic dispatch strategy based on low-carbon calling coefficient for deep peak shaving of pumped-storage auxiliary coal-fired units.Then,with the goal of minimizing the total operating cost the system,we established a low-carbon economic dispatch mode.Finally,the simulation based on the improved IEEE 39 node example verifies the feasibility of the proposed model,and the results show that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the utilization rate of pumped storage units,reduce the deep peak shaving energy consumption and carbon emissions of coal-fired units,and achieve the low carbon economic operation of the system.
