航空安全一直是全球关注的核心议题,科学技术的飞速发展极大地提升了航空安全水平。飞行员作为航空安全链条的关键环节,其行为决策对飞行安全至关重要。本文探索影响飞行员冒险行为的非技术因素,全面剖析飞行员冒险行为背后的个体内部动因,为制定更科学、更具针对性的非飞行技术安全措施和策略提供理论支撑。通过仿照meta分析文献筛选流程对文献进行筛选与整合,从多个权威数据库中精心挑选相关研究,最终得出影响飞行员冒险行为的4个因素,分别是风险感知与判断、个人特质、态度与情绪以及飞行经验。通过对这些因素的深入探讨,可以更全面地理解飞行员冒险行为的成因,进而设计出更有效且个性化的训练方案和安全管理政策,以促进航空安全文化的深化和实践。

Aviation safety has always been the core issue of global concern.The rapid development of science and technology has greatly improved the level of aviation safety.As the key link of aviation safety chain,pilot s behavior decision is very important to flight safety.In order to explore the non-technical factors that affect pilots risk-taking behavior,this paper comprehensively analyzes the individual internal motivation behind pilots risk-taking behavior,and provides theoretical support for formulating more scientific and targeted non-flight technology safety measures and strategies.By following the literature screening process of meta-analysis,literature was screened and integrated,and relevant studies were carefully selected from multiple authoritative databases.Finally,it was concluded that the four major factors affecting pilots risk-taking behavior were risk perception and judgment,personal traits,attitudes and emotions,and flight experience.Through the in-depth discussion of these factors,the causes of pilots risk-taking behavior can be more comprehensively understood,and more effective and personalized training programs and safety management policies can be designed to promote the deepening and practice of aviation safety culture.
