摘要
近年来,随着中型立式异步电机更普遍的使用于变频工况,水平振动问题也不断增加,部分振动问题是由于电机的簧片频率刚好落在电机的运行范围内,发生了结构共振。为调整立式变频电机的簧片频率,避免结构共振,提出了六边形截面与圆形截面两种机座,并与常规四方形截面机座的电机进行了有限元刚强度与模态的对比分析,得出了各机座优劣的对比结果。
In recent years,with medium-sized vertical asynchronous motor run more common in frequency conversion conditions,horizontal vibration problems continue to increase.Part of the vibration problem is due to structural resonance occurring when the reed frequency of the motor falls just within the operating range of the motor.To adjust the reed frequency of vertical frequency conversion motor and avoid structural resonance,the two kinds of bedplate including hexagon section and circular cross section have been puts forward and compared with the motor with a conventional square section bedplate,in finite element stiffness and modal for analysis so that the advantages and disadvantages of each bedplate have been compared.
