摘要
由于海洋的高湿、高腐蚀等特殊的环境因素,海上直冷风力发电机除了对绝缘结构有电、热、机械等要求外,还需对海洋环境有足够的适应性。本文总结了相关标准对海上风力发电机组的技术要求,形成对风力发电机绝缘结构的技术指标,并根据技术指标进行试验验证,初步试验结果表明,目前所使用的绝缘体系,可应用于海上直冷发电机。
Due to the high humidity,high corrosion and some other special environmental factors in the sea,offshore direct cooling wind turbine,in addition to electricity,heat,mechanical and other requirements for insulation structure,offshore direct cooling wind turbine is required to have a enough adaptability to marine environment.In this paper,the technical requirements for offshore wind turbines in relevant standards is summarized so as to have formed the technical indicators of insulation structure in wind generator.The experimental verification done according to the technical indicators demonstrates that the insulation system currently used can be used in maritime direct cooling generator.
