630 MW机组凝泵变频器改造后故障技术分析和处理

摘要 凝结水泵由工频改成变频器运行,技术成熟且可靠性较好,凝泵变频改造后节能效果明显。但随着运行时间增加和设备老化,变频器出现故障的频率增多且影响机组安全运行。通过分析处理现场故障,制定后续改造方案,进行了充分调研、讨论、分步实施、试验、试运,最后安全可靠投入运行,未发生因为改造后变频器故障导致事故。通过变频器改造提高了现场分析处理故障经验,为解决变频器实际问题和事故处理提供了参考依据。 Condensate pump is changed from power frequency operation to frequency converter operation,which has mature technology and good reliability,with an obvious energy saving effect after the transformation.But with the increase of operation time and equipment ageing,increase in the number of frequency inverter malfunction and affecting the safe operation of the unit.No accident caused by the fault of the frequency converter have occurred after modification through the analysis and treatment of on-site faults,the formulation of subsequent transformation scheme,full investigation,discussion,step-by-step implementation,test and trial operation and final safe and reliable operation.Through the transformation of the frequency converter,the experience of fault analysis and treatment in the field is improved,which provides a reference for solving the practical problems of the frequency converter and dealing with accidents.
