职业应对自我效能在低年资护士职业召唤与生涯适应力的中介作用

Role of Professional Coping Self-efficacy as Mediator in the Relationship Between Career Calling and Career Adaptability among Junior Nurses

目的:了解低年资护士职业召唤、生涯适应力和职业应对自我效能的现状,并探讨三者之间的关系。方法:采用职业召唤量表、中文版生涯适应力量表、护士职业应对自我效能量表对643名低年资护士进行问卷调查。结果:低年资护士职业应对自我效能总分(32.99±6.56)分,职业召唤总分(41.35±9.11);生涯适应力总分为(84.36±12.14),职业召唤得分分别与职业应对自我效能得分和生涯适应力量表得分呈正相关(r=0.478、0.393,P<0.01),职业应对自我效能得分与生涯适应力量表得分呈正相关(r=0.546,P<0.01);职业应对自我效能在低年资护士职业召唤与生涯适应力之间起部分中介效应,中介效应为0.134,占总效应的33.25%。结论:低年资护士职业应对自我效能、职业召唤、生涯适应力均处于中等偏上水平,职业召唤可以通过职业应对自我效能间接影响生涯适应力。

Objective:To investigate the status quo of occupational calling,career adaptability and professional coping self-efficacy of nurses with low seniority,and explore the relationship among them.Methods:The occupational calling scale,Chinese version of career adaptability scale and nurses'occupational coping self-efficacy scale were used to investigate 643 junior Nurses.Results:The total score of occupational coping self-efficacy of junior Nurses was(32.99±6.56),and the total score of career calling was(41.35±9.11).The total score of career adaptability was(84.36±12.14).The career calling score was positively correlated with the occupational coping self-efficacy score and the career adaptability scale score(r=0.478,0.393,P<0.01),and the occupational coping self-efficacy score was positively correlated with the career adaptability scale score(=0.546,P<0.01).Occupational coping self-efficacy had a partial mediating effect between career calling and career adaptability of nurses with low seniority,and the mediating effect was 0.134,accounting for 33.25%of the total effect.Conclusion:Occupational coping self-efficacy,career calling and career adaptability of nurses with low seniority were all above the average level,and career calling could indirectly affect career adaptability through occupational coping self-efficacy.
