细胞生物学以细胞为研究对象,了解细胞的亚显微结构对于学习细胞生物学至关重要。目前细胞生物学实验课程标本质量差、标本量严重不足且无细胞亚显微结构标本,因此,为丰富教学资源、提高细胞生物学实验教学水平,细胞生物学亚显微结构标本库必须建设。实践表明,标本库的建设和应用在一定程度上能促进学生学习的主动性和自学能力的培养,同时,标本库的建设也丰富了实验教学内容、增加实验趣味性,实验教学效果得到显著提升。

Cell biology takes cells as research objects,and understanding the submicroscopic structure of cells is very important for learning cell biology.At present,the specimen quality of cell biology experiment course is poor,the specimen quantity is seriously insufficient and there is no cell submicrostructure specimen.Therefore,in order to enrich the teaching resources and improve the teaching level of cell biology experiment,the cell biology submicrostructure specimen library must be built.Practice shows that the construction and application of specimen bank can promote the cultivation of students'learning initiative and self-learning ability to a certain extent.At the same time,the construction of specimen bank also enriches the content of experimental teaching,increases the interest of experiments,and significantly improves the experimental teaching effect.
