交替惩罚三线性分解结合室温磷光法快速解析土壤中芴的含量

Fast Determination of Fluorene Contents in Soil by Alternating Penalty Trilinear Decomposition Combined with Room Temperature Phosphorescence

摘要 多环芳烃是土壤中常见的有机污染物,具有致癌、致畸、致基因突变等“三致作用”。本文建立了一种基于交替惩罚三线性分解结合三维室温磷光法(APTLD-TRTP)测定不同类型土壤(如农田区、生活区和工业区)中多环芳烃芴(FLU)的方法,并与基于平行因子分析的方法(PARAFAC-TRTP)进行比较。首先构建一个验证集来探索开发方法的预测能力,然后利用其对加标土壤样和实际未知土壤样品中FLU进行定量分析。在N=3时,APTLD-TRTP和PARAFAC-TRTP获得土壤加标样中FLU的平均回收率分别为(90.4±5.6)%和(90.3±4.8)%,预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为0.32μg/mL和0.31μg/mL。方法预测的工业区土壤样中FLU的浓度范围为0.34~0.96μg/g,显著高于相关标准限值0.05μg/g,表明该研究区域土壤已受到FLU污染,其污染源可能来源于钢铁工业区煤炭燃烧、石油泄漏和汽车尾气排放等。 Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are a prevalent class of f widely distributed organic pollutants found in soil,known for their carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic effects on humans and organisms.This study introduced a novel method for detecting the PAHs of fluorene(FLU)in soil samples,utilizing alternating penalty trilinear decomposition combined with three-dimensional room temperature phosphorescence(APTLD-TRTP)and comparing it to a method based on parallel factor analysis(PARAFAC-TRTP).Initially,a validation model was developed to assess the method’s predictive capability.Subsequently,second-order calibration methods based on PARAFAC and APTLD were employed to quantify FLU in both spiked and actual soil samples.With N=3,the average recovery rates of FLU in spiked samples were(90.4±5.6)%and(90.3±4.8)%using APTLD-TRTP and PARAFAC-TRTP,respectively,with root mean square errors of prediction(RMSEPs)of 0.32 and 0.31μg/mL,respectively.The estimated concentration range of FLU in actual soil samples ranged from 0.34 to 0.96μg/g using by the two methods,surpassing the regulatory limit of 0.05μg/g,indicating contamination of the soil by FLU.Potential sources of pollution include coal combustion in steel industrial zones,oil seep and vehicular emissions.
