摘要
目的:探讨注意偏向修正(ABM)训练对毒瘾心理戒断期人员的干预效果。方法:选取117名来自强制戒毒所处于毒品心理戒断期的被试参与2个实验。实验1(n=58)探究ABM训练对毒品戒断人员的毒品相关刺激注意偏向的影响。实验2(n=56)探讨仅以毒品相关刺激组成的图片序列作为注意偏向的干预训练效果。结果:实验1结果表明处于毒品心理戒断期的被试前测存在边缘显著的注意偏向(P=0.095),而后测注意偏向程度差异无显著(P=0.153)。实验2结果表明被试前测存在显著的注意偏向(P=0.035),后测注意偏向差异边缘显著(P=0.096)。结论:ABM训练可能会在预期内减少毒瘾戒断者与毒品相关刺激的注意偏向;注意偏向修正训练可以通过增加注意偏向的激活而减弱注意。
Objective:To discuss the interventional effect of the attention bias modification(ABM)on those who are in the psychological withdrawal period of drug addiction.Methods:A total of 117 participants who were in the drug withdrawal period from the compulsory detoxification center were selected and separated into two experiments.Experiment 1(n=58)was to explore the influence of ABM on the attentional bias of drug-related stimuli in drug abstainers.Experiment 2(n=56)was to discuss whether the level of attentional bias of the participants inspired from the theoretical model and paradigm of stereotype would have the same influence after receiving different intervention stimuli.Results:Experiment 1 showed that there was marginal significant attentional bias in the pre-test(P=0.095)on participants who were in psychological drug withdrawal period,but there was no significant attentional bias in the post-test(P=0.153).In addition,a significant attentional bias was found in the pre-test(P=0.035),and there was marginal significant attentional bias in the post-test(P=0.096)in Experiment 2.Conclusion:The attentional bias modification training may decrease attentional bias for drug-related stimuli in the anticipated direction.ABM could alter attentional bias by increasing the activation of attention bias.
