“数商兴农”视域下民办高校物流人才培养研究

Research on the Culitivation of Logistics Talents in Private Universities from the Perspective of"Promoting Agriculture Through Digital Business"

物流业的迅猛发展对高校物流人才培养提出更高的要求,目前我国农村对物流人才需求量巨大。针对服务“数商兴农”的内在要求,探讨民办高校物流管理专业人才培养的新路径具有非常深远的意义。通过实地走访及调研,笔者了解到民办高校目前物流人才培养模式的现状,发现民办高校在“数商兴农”背景下物流人才培养模式存在的困境,探讨了能够针对这些问题的解决办法,并提出“产学研赛孵创投”的教学模式,以期能够为民办高校完善物流人才培养模式提供借鉴,助力“数商兴农”工程的实施。

The rapid development of the logistics industry puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of logistics talents in higher universities.Currently,there is a huge demand for logistics talents in rural areas of China.Aiming at the inherent requirements of s erving"promoting a griculture t hrough d igital b usiness",i t i s o f p rofound s ignif icance t o e xplore a n ew p ath f or c ultivating logistics management professionals in private universities.Through site visit and research,the author understands the current situation of l ogistics t alent c ultivation m odels i n private u niversities,d iscovers t he d ifficulties e xisting i n logistics t alent c ultivation m odels in universities under the background of"promoting agriculture through digital business",explores solutions to these problems,and proposes a teaching model of"industry,education,research,competition,incubation,and venture capital",with a view to providing reference for private universities to improve the logistics talent cultivation model and assist in the implementation of"promoting agriculture through digital business"project.
