“一中心、两融合、三提升”的物流专业人才培养模式探析

摘要 人才培养是高等教育的出发点和落脚点,从当前物流专业的人才培养来看,高校进行了工学一体、产教融合、“双能+双证”的多种育人模式探索。但随着信息化技术的深刻变革,智慧物流时代给物流专业的人才培养提出了新的要求,发展全新的物流人才培养模式成为必由之路。研究提出了“一中心、两融合、三提升”的人才培养模式,倡导以学生为中心,促进专业教育与创业教育的融合,发挥课程思政、数智技术和实践平台的多维提升作用,全面改革拔尖创新型物流人才的培养模式,为国家高质量发展贡献理论智慧。 Talent cultivation is both the starting point and the final results of higher education.From the perpective of the current talent training of logistics professionals,universities have explored a variety of education modes,such as integration of work and study,integration of production and education,and dual-ability and dual-certificate model.However,with the profound changes in information technology,the era of smart logistics has put forward some new requirements for the training of logistics professionals.This study puts forward a new talent training mode of"one center,two integration and three promotion",advocates student-centeredness,promotes the integration of professional education and entrepreneurship education,develops the promotion function of political elements education,mathematical intelligence technology and practical platform and comprehensively reforms the training mode of top-notch innovative logistics talents.By doing so,the paper will contribute theoretical wisdom to the high-quality development of China.
