摘要
高中阶段基因工程模块的实验对应着现代分子生物学研究的基础手段,对学生的概念体系、操作技能和科学思维有独特的培育价值。但目前很多中学由于缺少相关经验而无法实际开展此类实验。基于长期的探索实践,总结了开设DNA提取与鉴定、PCR及电泳等实验的方案和技巧,为普通高中开设此类实验提供参考。
The experiments in the genetic engineering module in senior high school correspond to the basic means of modern molecular biology research and have a unique value in fostering students\conceptual system,operational skills,and scientific thinking.However,at present,many secondary schools are unable to carry out such experiments due to lack of relevant experience.Based on the longterm exploration and practice of our teaching and research group,this paper summarizes the schemes and techniques for opening experiments such as DNA extraction and identification as well as PCR and electrophoresis,to provide a reference for opening such experiments in general high schools.
