万州区不同茎瘤芥(榨菜)新品种比较试验

Comparative Test of Different Tumorous Stem Mustard New Cultivars in Wanzhou District

为筛选出适合重庆万州区栽培的茎瘤芥(榨菜)新品种,以当地主栽品种涪杂2号为对照(CK),对6个新品种进行比较试验。结果表明,早圆100天早熟,菜形椭圆,茎叶比值高,瘤茎产量显著优于CK,经济效益高,适合万州区早市鲜菜栽培及大面积推广示范;涪杂5号田间表现良好,叶片产量低于CK,但瘤茎产量高于CK,经济效益良好,较适宜当地种植。

In order to screen out new cultivars of tumorous stem mustard suitable for cultivation in Wanzhou District of Chongqing,six new cultivars were compared with the local main cultivar Fuza No.2 as the control(CK).The results showed that the Zaoyuan 100 Tian was early maturing,oval shaped,with high stem/leaf value and significantly higher tuber yield than CK,high economic efficiency,which was suitable for early market fresh vegetable cultivation and large area extension demonstration in Wanzhou District.The Fuza No.5 performed well in the field,with lower leaf yield than CK,but higher tuber yield than CK.It had good economic benefits,and was more suitable for local cultivation.
