摘要
长输天然气管道压缩机效能监控可以实时监视压缩机运行状态并制定维护保养计划,从而使压缩机以最经济方式运行。根据热力学理论,利用天然气全组分数值、压缩机进出口压力和温度及压缩机入口流量数值计算出天然气压缩因子、焓等物性参数。利用焓差值计算出压缩机的总能耗输出量,利用压缩机燃料气消耗量及燃料气低热值计算出压缩机输出功率、压缩机轴功率、多变效率、燃气轮机效率及燃气驱动效率等实时效能监控数据,从而计算出全线路压缩机运行的能耗以及相同使用年限和型号的压缩机能耗之间的差异。根据压缩机效能监控数据,能够有效调整压缩机运行工况并能对压缩机的保养效果进行评估,达到了压缩机组最优能耗运行及管道全线安全、平稳、高效运行效果,对同类型压缩机效能监控具有一定指导意义。
The purpose of compressor efficiency monitoring for long-distance natural gas pipelines is to monitor the operating status of the compressor in real time,and formulate maintenance plans,so as to achieve the purpose of operating the compressor in the most economical way.According to the theory of thermodynamics,the natural gas compression factor,enthalpy and other physical parameters are calculated using the values of all components of natural gas,the inlet and outlet pressures and temperatures of the compressor,and the inlet flow value of the compressor.The total energy consumption output of the compressor is calculated using the enthalpy difference,and the real-time performance monitoring data such as the compressor output power,compressor shaft power,variable efficiency,gas turbine efficiency,and gas drive efficiency are calculated using the fuel gas consumption of the compressor and the lower calorific value of the fuel gas.So as to calculate the energy consumption of the entire line compressor during operation,as well as the difference in energy consumption between compressors with the same service life and model.According to the compressor efficiency monitoring data,the operating conditions of the compressor can be effectively adjusted,and the maintenance effect of the compressor can be evaluated.The optimal energy consumption operation of the compressor unit,and the safe,stable,and efficient operation of the entire pipeline are achieved,which has a certain guiding significance for the efficiency monitoring of compressors of the same type.
