高职林业技术专业产教融合探索与实践

Exploration and practice of industry education integration in Forestry Technology major of higher vocational education

摘要 为促进专业课程体系与现代林业发展相适应,从课程设置、教师实践经验、实践教学条件和对口就业率等方面对高职林业技术专业人才培养现状进行分析。以产教融合为背景,从校企合作模式、专业课程体系、产教融合实训基地、创新型教师团队建设以及学历教育与认证教育融合等方面,探索林业专业产教融合、校企共融共通、协同创新的“五融合”人才培养模式。实践表明,该模式的实施,在专业建设、人才培养质量、教师教科研和社会服务水平等方面取得了较好的成效,为产教融合协同育人提供参考。 In order to promote the adaptation of the professional curriculum system to the development of modern forestry,the current situation of talent cultivation in higher vocational Forestry Technology major was analyzed from the aspects of curriculum design,teacher practical experience,practical teaching conditions,and corresponding employ⁃ment rate.Taking the integration of industry and education as the background,the“five integration”talent training model was explored for forestry majors,including school enterprise cooperation model,professional curriculum system,industry education integration training base,innovative teacher team construction,and the integration of academic edu⁃cation and certification education.Practice had shown that the implementation of this model had achieved good results in professional construction,talent cultivation quality,teacher teaching and research,and social service level,providing references for the integration of industry and education in collaborative education.
