Construction of the Digital Teaching Ability Evaluation System for College Physical Education Teachers

数字化技术的迅猛发展对各行各业都带来了深刻的变革,教育领域也不例外。高校体育教育,作为培养学生身体素质和全面发展的重要一环,同样需要顺应数字化浪潮,不断提升教师的数字化教学能力,为此需要构建一套科学合理的数字化教学能力评价体系,以引导高校体育教师更好地适应数字时代的教学需求;运用文献资料法、德尔菲法、层次分析法、数理统计法等,对各级指标的均值、标准差、变异系数、F检验、T检验等进行数据分析,再对各级指标进行权重确定,探讨构建高校体育教师数字化教学能力评价体系,包括4个一级指标、11个二级指标、36个三级指标,其中一级指标中职业道德最为重要;希望通过本次指标体系构建和权重确定,能为高校体育教师数字化教学能力评价提供参考依据。

The rapid development of digital technology has brought profound changes to various industries,including the education sector.College physical education,as an important part of cultivating students'physical fitness and comprehensive development,also needs to adapt to the digital wave and continuously improve the digital teaching ability of teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to build a scientific and reasonable digital teaching ability evaluation system to guide college physical education teachers to better adapt to the teaching needs of the digital era.Using literature review,Delphi method,Analytic Hierarchy Process,mathematical statistics,etc.,data analysis is conducted on the mean,standard deviation,coefficient of variation,F-test,t-test,etc.of each level of indicator,and then the weights of each level of indicator are determined.Exploring the construction of a digital teaching ability evaluation system for college physical education teachers,including 4 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 36 tertiary indicators.Among the primary indicators,professional ethics is the most important.It is hoped that through the construction and weight determination of this indicator system,reference basis can be provided for the evaluation of digital teaching ability of college physical education teachers.
