摘要
教师职业生涯的发展是有阶段性的。结合调研分析和已有理论,文章把幼儿教师职业生涯周期划分为适应期、发展期、成熟期和衰退期四个阶段,通过对各个阶段的案例和现状描述,归纳分析幼儿教师在不同阶段中工作心态、适应能力、心理素质、自我调节等方面的矛盾对抗心理,提出对幼儿教师在职业生涯周期中不同阶段的针对性解决策略,以及从幼儿教师心理和教师职业认同感等方面提出可行性建议,旨在帮助幼儿教师的专业化成长、职业认同感的增强、职业生涯的平稳度过。
There are stages in the development of a teacher's career.Based on the analysing investigation and existing theories,this article divides the career cycle of preschool teachers into four stages:adaptation period,development period,maturity period and decline period.Through the description of the cases and current situation,it summarizes the conflict psychology of preschool teachers in different stages in terms of work mentality,adaptability,psychological quality and self-regulation.This article proposes targeted solutions for them in different stages of their career cycle,and puts forward feasible suggestions from aspects of preschool teachers'psychology and professional identity,aiming at helping them grow professionally,enhance professional identity and spend their career smoothly.
