滑坡作用下埋地油气管道的力学分析方法

摘要 针对山区油气管道难免遭遇滑坡威胁,开展滑坡作用下油气管道的力学分析,建立了横向穿越滑坡的管道应力应变分析模型,选取工程案例分析了滑坡作用下管道的变形与应力,采用数值模拟对分析结果进行对比验证。研究结果表明:(1)横向穿越滑坡时,管道在滑坡推力作用下产生弯曲变形,滑坡边界部位的管道甚至会被压扁断裂;(2)管道应力应变分析模型可以考虑滑坡推力和位移,从而推算管道的变形和应力;(3)实例分析显示管道最大应力位于滑坡边界附近,管道最大变形位于滑坡中轴线部位。对比管道数值模拟的变形和应力结果,计算结果与之相差小于10%;(4)建议避免将管道连接焊接部位敷设于滑坡边界附近,以免应力集中而导致管道焊接部位破坏。研究结果可为管道工程敷设及防护设计提供依据。 Due to the threat of landslides on oil and gas pipelines in mountainous areas,mechanical analysis of oil and gas pipelines under landslide action is carried out.A stress-strain analysis model for pipelines crossing landslides horizontally was established,and the deformation and stress of pipelines under landslide action were analyzed by an engineering case.The analysis result was verified by numerical simulation.The results show that,(1)When crossing a landslide horizontally,the pipeline will bend under the thrust of the landslide,and the pipeline at the boundary of the landslide may even be flattened and broken.(2)Landslide thrust and displacement can be considered in the pipeline stress-strain analysis model to calculate the deformation and stress of the pipeline.(3)The case analysis shows that the maximum stress of the pipeline is located near the landslide boundary,and the maximum deformation of the pipeline is located at the central axis of the landslide.Compared with the numerical simulation results of pipeline deformation and stress,the error of the model calculation results is less than 10%.(4)It is recommended to avoid laying pipeline connections near landslide boundaries to prevent stress concentration from causing damage to pipeline welding areas.The research results can provide a basis for pipeline laying and protection design.
