惠州市惠城区医务人员安宁疗护知识知晓情况及相关因素分析

Analysis of knowledge of hospice care and relevant factors among medical staff in Huicheng District of Huizhou

目的:了解惠州市惠城区医务人员安宁疗护知识知晓现状并分析其相关因素。方法:采用分层整群抽样法选取惠州市惠城区3 284名医务人员进行安宁疗护知识知晓情况问卷调查。利用多元线性回归分析安宁疗护知识得分的相关因素。结果:惠城区医务人员安宁疗护知识总得分为(64.0±14.8)分。多元线性回归分析显示:家庭所在地为地级市(β=2.933)、文化程度为本科(β=2.479)、机构类型为公立二级及以下医院(β=2.416)、职称为高级(β=6.753)的医务人员安宁疗护知识得分高(均P<0.05)。工作年限为10~<15年(β=-2.219)、岗位为护士(β=-2.057)、医技人员(β=-5.816)、行政后勤人员(β=-7.381)、无安宁疗护工作经历(β=-3.074)的医务人员安宁疗护知识得分低(均P<0.05)。结论:惠州市惠城区医务人员掌握一定量的安宁疗护知识。家庭所在地、文化程度,机构类型、工作年限、职称、岗位性质、安宁疗护工作经历均为医务人员安宁疗护知识得分的相关因素。

Objective:To investigate the current status of hospice care knowledge and its relevant factors among medical staff in Huicheng District of Huizhou.Methods:A questionnaire survey on hospice care knowledge was conducted using stratified whole group sampling method to select 3,284 medical staff in Huicheng District of Huizhou.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the correlates of hospice care knowledge scores.Results:The total hospice knowledge score of medical staff in Huicheng District was(64.0±14.8).Multiple linear regression analyses showed that medical staff whose home location was prefecture-level city(β=2.933),education level was undergraduate(β=2.479),institution type was public second-level or lower hospital(β=2.416),and professional title was senior(β=6.753)had a high score of hospice care knowledge(all P<0.05).Those with 10 to<15 years of work experience(β=-2.219),positions as nurses(β=-2.057),medical technicians(β=-5.816),administrative and logistic staff(β=-7.381),and those with no hospice care work experience(β=-3.074)had low hospice care knowledge scores(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical staff in Huicheng District of Huizhou possess a certain amount of hospice care knowledge.Family location,cultural level,type of institution,years of work experience,title,nature of position,and hospice care work experience are all relevant factors in the hospice care knowledge score of medical staff.
