摘要
为全面评价难燃型改性聚乙烯复合卷材的燃烧性能,采用可燃性试验和辐射热源法对5组复合卷材进行测试。结果表明,复合卷材D的燃烧性能不符合GB 8624—2012中B1级的技术要求,其余四组复合卷材的燃烧性能均符合GB 8624—2012中B1(B)级的技术要求,其中,蜂窝型复合卷材相对于砂面型复合卷材具有更佳的燃烧性能。在进行可燃性试验时,可考虑将20 s内是否有燃烧滴落物引燃滤纸现象作为测定指标。在进行临界辐射通量试验时,可考虑在不预热的情况下直接点燃试样进行试验。
To comprehensively evaluate the combustion performance of flame-retardant modified polyethylene composite rolls,five sets of composite rolls were tested using flammability tests and the radiant heat source method.The results showed that the combustion performance of composite roll D did not meet the technical requirements of Class B1 in GB 8624—2012,while the remaining four sets of composite rolls met the technical requirements of Class B1(B)in GB 8624—2012.Among them,the honeycomb-type composite rolls exhibited better combustion performance compared to the sand-faced composite rolls.During the flammability test,the phenomenon of whether the combustion droplets ignite filter paper within 20 seconds can be considered as a measurement indicator.In the critical radiant flux test,direct ignition of the sample without preheating can be considered for testing.
