速凝磷酸镁水泥基加固材料耐蚀性能研究

摘要 磷酸镁水泥因其高密实度、良好的黏结性和高强度,在耐蚀性能方面得到广泛应用。该文通过调整M/P值,探究其对钢筋电化学特征的影响,并分析了MPC对钢筋的保护作用及其机理。研究发现,不同M/P值的MPC试件在性能上表现出明显差异,且随养护龄期增加,MPC试件的抗锈蚀能力逐渐增强。MPC对钢筋的保护作用主要体现在其优异的化学结合陶瓷属性和与钢筋良好的黏结性能上。 Magnesium Phosphate Cement(MPC)has been widely used in terms of corrosion resistance due to its high density,excellent bonding properties,and high strength.This paper explores the influence of adjusting the M/P ratio on the electrochemical characteristics of steel reinforcement and analyzes the protective effect of MPC on steel reinforcement as well as its mechanism.The study found that MPC specimens with different M/P ratios exhibited significant differences in performance,and the corrosion resistance of MPC specimens gradually increased with the increase in curing age.The protective effect of MPC on steel reinforcement is mainly reflected in its superior chemically bound ceramic properties and good bonding performance with steel reinforcement.
