摘要
为了推动建筑垃圾无废化处理,该文将建筑垃圾中占比最大的砖、混凝土进行处理后作为再生集料添加至道路水泥稳定基层当中。进行了原材料试验、击实试验、无侧限抗压试验、劈裂试验、水稳定性试验以及冻融循环试验,发现再生粗集料对水泥稳定基层的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、水稳定性、抗冻性均不利,再生砖骨料较再生混凝土骨料的性质更差,但是强度能够达到规范对二级及以下道路水稳材料的要求,工程运用时应考虑冬季防冻的需要。
To promote the waste-free treatment of construction waste,this paper processes the bricks and concrete,which constitute the largest proportion of construction waste,and adds them as recycled aggregates to the cement-stabilized road base.Through raw material tests,compaction tests,unconfined compression tests,splitting tests,water stability tests,and freeze-thaw cycle tests,it was found that recycled coarse aggregates had adverse effects on the unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,water stability,and frost resistance of the cement-stabilized base.The properties of recycled brick aggregates were worse than those of recycled concrete aggregates,but their strength could meet the requirements of the specifications for cement-stabilized materials for secondary and lower-grade roads.The need for frost protection in winter should be considered during engineering applications.
