数字普惠金融缩小城乡收入差距的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance on Narrowing Down the Income Gap Between Urban and Rural Areas

基于2011—2021年全国面板数据,使用计量模型探究数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的影响,同时使用替换被解释变量、增加控制变量进行稳健性分析,另外对我国东、中、西部地区进行异质性分析。研究结果表明:数字普惠金融能够显著收敛城乡收入差距;数字普惠金融的不同维度和不同功能显著收敛城乡收入差距;数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的收敛作用具有地区异质性;不同的控制变量对城乡收入差距的影响不同。在此基础上提出完善数字普惠金融基础设施,构建多元化数字普惠金融的供给体系,完善数字普惠金融法律和监管体系以及因地制宜推动各地区的数字普惠金融发展等政策建议,以缩小城乡收入差距,实现共同富裕。

Based on the national panel data during the period from 2011 to 2021,it uses econometric models to explore the impact of digital inclusive finance on the urban-rural income gap,and employs replacement of explanatory variables and addition of control variables for robustness analysis,and heterogeneity analysis for the eastern,central and western regions of China.The results show that digital inclusive finance as well as its different dimensions and functions can significantly converge the urban-rural income gap,such convergence effect of digital inclusive finance is heterogeneous across regions,and different control variables have different impacts on the urban-rural income gap.On this basis,policy suggestions are put forward such as improving the infrastructure of digital inclusive finance,building a diversified supply system of digital inclusive finance,improving the legal and regulatory system of digital inclusive finance,and promoting the development of digital inclusive finance in various regions according to local conditions,so as to narrow down the income gap between urban and rural areas and fulfill common prosperity.
