摘要
基于现有文献与政策分析,采用专家咨询法对15位专家进行3轮咨询,构建中医药康复服务能力评价指标体系。该指标体系包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标和24个三级指标,其中一级指标的权重值从大到小分别为康复医疗质量(0.390)、科室运营效率(0.322)和科室持续发展(0.288),为客观量化中医医院康复科的优势与不足提供了有效的测评工具。
Based on the analysis of existing literature and policies,the expert consultation method is used to consult 15 experts in three rounds,and the evaluation index system of TCM capacity in rehabilitation services is established.The index system consists of there primary indicators,nine secondary indicators and 24 tertiary indicators.Among them,the weights of the primary indicators are respectively rehabilitation medical quality(0.390),department operational efficiency(0.322)and department sustainable development(0.288),which provides an effective assessment tool to objectively quantify the strengths and weaknesses of rehabilitation departments in TCM hospitals.
