面向大数据人才培养的“数据挖掘与分析”课程改革探索与实践

摘要 为适应大数据时代的教育要求和专业人才培养目标,文章对“数据挖掘与分析”课程进行全面分析和教学改革方案设计。明确的教学目标和策略包括算法原理掌握、编程技能强化、综合应用能力提升以及课程思政融入,教学方法采用协作式项目教学法和混合式教学法,同时考核与评价机制也进行了相应的改革,更加注重实践能力和个人贡献的量化评估。改革方案的实施成效通过学生在学科竞赛和参与科研中的表现得以验证,为提升教学质量、促进大数据人才培养提供依据。 To meet the educational requirements and professional training goals of the big data era,a comprehensive analysis and teaching reform plan is designed for the course of Data Mining and Analysis.Clear teaching objectives and strategies are proposed from four aspects:mastering algorithm principles,enhancing programming skills,improving comprehensive application abilities,and integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum.The teaching method adopts collaborative project-based teaching and blended teaching,while the assessment and evaluation mechanism is correspondingly reformed,with more emphasis placed on quantitative assessment of practical abilities and individual contributions.The implementation effectiveness of the reform plan is verified through the students′performance in subject competitions and scientific research,providing a basis for the improvement of teaching quality and big data talents cultivation.
