摘要
当下实体企业的物流包裹处理工序繁多且主要依靠人力,针对物流设备功能单一,人工静态称重导致的称重效率不高的问题,该文设计了一种基于STM32F103系列单片机的物流动态称重系统。该系统设计了以STM32芯片为主,结合电源模块、信号采集模块、信号处理模块和通信模块,配合相应的软件设计,实现了物流质量信息的采集、数据处理、数据传输、多平台监管等功能的动态称重系统。系统的设计着重于动态称重以及多平台监管功能的实现,方便形成数字化管理系统。经现场测试,系统对包裹的处理效率每小时可达3600件,这对企业而言有着降本增效的作用。
At present,the logistics package processing procedures of entity enterprises are various and mainly rely on manpower.Aiming at the problems of low weighing efficiency caused by single function of logistics equipment and manual static weighing,this paper designs a logistics dynamic weighing system based on STM32F103 series single chip microcomputer.The system design is based on STM32 chip,combined with power module,signal acquisition module,signal processing module and communication module,with the corresponding software design,to achieve the logistics quality information acquisition,data processing,data transmission,multi-platform supervision and other functions of dynamic weighing system.The design of the system focuses on the realization of dynamic weighing and multi-platform supervision function,which is convenient to form a digital management system.The field test shows that the system′s processing efficiency of parcels can reach up to 3600 pieces per hour,which has a role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency for enterprises.
