摘要
为研究水温及药物剂量对斑鳠(Mystus guttatus)人工催产效果的影响,利用催产药物DOM、LRH-A2、HCG,采用2次注射法,对275尾斑鳠亲鱼在25℃±1℃~30℃±1℃不同水温环境下进行注射催产。试验结果显示,以28℃±1℃催产药物最适剂量DOM 7 mg+LRH-A_(2)9μg、(DOM)7 mg+(LRH-A_(2))9μg+(HCG)550 IU为基准,在26℃±1℃~27℃±1℃水温环境下,药物使剂量增加8%催产效果最明显;29℃±1℃~30℃±1℃水温环境下,调减药物使剂量减少8%催产效果最明显。研究结果表明,28℃~29℃内催产率最高,温度过高或过低都会导致催产率下降;25℃±1℃及以下水温不适合催产。
In order to study the effects of water temperature and drug dosage on artificial oxytocin of Mystus guttatus,275 Mystus guttatus were injected with oxytocin drugs DOM,LRH-A_(2) and HCG at different water temperatures from 25℃±1℃to 30℃±1℃.The results showed that the optimal dose of oxytocin was DOM 7 mg+LRH-A_(2)9μg and(DOM)7 mg+(LRH-A_(2))9μg+(HCG)550 IU at 28℃±1℃,and the optimal dose increased by 8%at 26℃±1℃~27℃±1℃.Under the temperature of 29℃±1℃~30℃±1℃,the effect of reducing the dose by 8%was the most obvious.The results showed that the highest rate of oxytocin was found at 28℃~29℃,and either too high or too low temperature would decrease the rate of oxytocin.The temperature of 25℃±1℃and below is not suitable for oxytocin.
