摘要
对比研究不同结构度的炭黑填充胎面胶的兰伯恩磨耗性能。结果表明:随着滑移率或负荷的增大,炭黑填充胎面胶的兰伯恩磨耗量呈增大趋势;随着线速度或温度的增大,炭黑填充胎面胶的兰伯恩磨耗量变化无明显规律;与低结构炭黑填充胎面胶相比,高结构炭黑填充胎面胶的门尼粘度、硬度和拉伸强度增大,拉断伸长率减小,其中增加环保芳烃油用量的高结构炭黑填充胎面胶的耐磨性能最优。
The Lamborn wear performance of carbon black filled tread compound with different structural degrees was comparatively studied.The results showed that,as the slip ratio or load increased,the Lamborn wear of carbon black filled tread compound trended to increase.As the linear velocity or temperature increased,the Lambourn wear of carbon black filled tread compounds did not exhibit a clear pattern.Compared with low structure carbon black filled tread compound,the Mooney viscosity,hardness and tensile strength of high structure carbon black filled tread compound increased,and the elongation at break decreased.Among them,the wear resistance of the high structure carbon black filled tread compound with increased environmentally friendly aromatic oil content was the best.
