摘要
为分析PPY型智能立体车库在设计过程中需要注意的设计要点和事项,对杭州某银行的综合大楼地下室进行研究。在分析PPY型智能立体车库的基本构造和项目概况的基础上,对智能立体车库的特征和项目要求进行总结并提出项目整体设计思路。结合相关规范要求,对商务办公大楼智能地下车库的平面布置、防火分区、竖向设计和人防设计四个关键环节,进行梳理和研究,提出注意事项。通过对实际工程的设计实践的研究表明,PPY型智能车库停车效率高,正进正出使用便捷,自动化程度高,在建设条件允许的情况下,可有效解决停车位紧张的问题。
In order to analyze the design points and precautions that need to be paid attention to in the design process of PPY intelligent three-dimensional garage,a study was conducted on the basement of a comprehensive building of a bank in Hangzhou.Based on the analysis of the basic structure and project overview of the PPY intelligent three-dimensional garage,the characteristics and project requirements of the intelligent three-dimensional garage are summarized,and the overall design concept of the project is proposed.Based on relevant regulatory requirements,research and review are conducted on the four key aspects of intelligent underground parking in commercial office buildings,including layout,fire zoning,vertical design,and civil defense design,and precautions are proposed.Through the study of the design practice of the actual project,it has been shown that the PPY intelligent garage has high parking efficiency,convenient use of front in and front out,high degree of automation,and can effectively solve the problem of parking space shortage when construction conditions permit.
