福建省桩基常见质量问题管控分析

Analysis of common quality problems of pile foundation in Fujian Province

桩基工程作为单位工程的重要组成部分,支撑了整个上部建筑,其质量好坏,直接影响整个建筑物的结构安全。在建筑业不景气的大环境下,部分检测机构为承揽业务,相互之间恶性竞争,出现了违规出具虚假检测报告的现象,严重影响工程质量。近几年,福建省为进一步规范桩基检测,出台了相关文件,并对正在进行静载检测的桩基进行现场监督复核。现从福建省桩基静载检测常见问题入手,对桩基检测管控及监督复核措施进行梳理分析,并就现阶段的管控成效进行总结,供其他省市从事建设工程桩基检测质量管控的相关人员参考。

As an important component of unit engineering,pile foundation engineering supports the entire superstructure,and its quality directly affects the structural safety of the entire building.In the context of a sluggish construction industry,some testing agencies engage in vicious competition to undertake business,resulting in the issuance of false testing reports in violation of regulations,which seriously affects the quality of the project.In recent years,Fujian Province has issued relevant documents to further standardize pile foundation testing and conducted on-site supervision and review of pile foundations undergoing static load testing.Starting from the common problems in static load testing of pile foundations in Fujian Province,this article introduces the control and supervision measures for pile foundation testing,and analyzes and summarizes the current control effectiveness,providing reference for relevant personnel engaged in quality control of pile foundation testing in construction projects in other provinces and cities.
