既有混凝土框架结构加固关键施工技术实践探析

摘要 为了对既有建筑功能进行合理的改造提升,研究既有混凝土框架结构加固的关键施工技术。在分析应用案例概况和不同加固技术优缺点的基础上,对几个通用的加固技术进行对比,并且分析加固原则。通过实际案例,进行加固关键技术研究,对外包钢加固法、粘贴钢板加固法、增大截面加固法和粘贴纤维复合材料加固法的关键施工工艺进行梳理。通过实践可知,整体施工方案满足业主需求和质量要求,加固后,既有结构承载力和抗震性能得到提高。 In order to carry out reasonable transformation and improvement of existing building functions,key construction techniques for strengthening existing concrete frame structures are studied.On the basis of analyzing the overview of application cases and the advantages and disadvantages of different reinforcement technologies,compare several common reinforcement technologies and analyze the reinforcement principles.Research on key reinforcement technologies through practical cases,and introduce the key construction processes of external steel reinforcement method,bonded steel plate reinforcement method,enlarged section reinforcement method,and bonded fiber composite material reinforcement method.Through practice,it is known that the overall construction plan meets the needs and quality requirements of the owner,and the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the existing structure are improved after reinforcement.
