摘要
为了更好地对高支模安全状态进行评估并对高支模进行监测,分析梳理某高支模工程监测的应用实践项目。在分析高支模监测特点、技术路线和应用案例的基础上,对高支模工程结构架体的安全评估方法和施工过程架体智能监测技术进行分析。根据试验结果分析可知,通过增量式SFM点云提取的方法,可以较便捷地对点云模型进行测量,具有一定精确度。另外,通过物联网方式对施工过程的架体状态进行监测,可知各监测点倾角、竖向沉降累计变形值和立杆轴压均未超过设计预警值,高支模支撑体系处于安全可控状态。
In order to better evaluate the safety status of high support formwork and monitor it,this analysis summarizes the application practice of monitoring a specific high formwork project is analyzed and summarized.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of high support formwork monitoring,technical routes,and application cases,the safety evaluation methods for the structural framework of high support formwork projects and the intelligent monitoring technologies during the construction process are discussed.According to the the analysis of experimental results,it can be concluded that the incremental SFM point cloud extraction method allows for convenient measurement of the point cloud model with a certain degree of accuracy.Furthermore,monitoring the state of the framework during construction through the Internet of Things method reveals that the inclination angles,cumulative vertical settlement deformation values,and vertical pole axial pressure of each monitoring point do not exceeded the design warning values,indicating that the high formwork support system is in a safe and controllable state.
