摘要
为解决超长超高悬挑结构外墙脚手架施工难题,结合某医院工程实例,介绍了采用悬挑脚手架结合钢管支撑回顶,钢管钢丝绳卸荷的结构体系。在分析项目基本情况和施工重难点的基础上,对小横杆、大横杆和扣件抗滑力进行计算,进行超长悬挑结构的外墙脚手架方案研究。介绍了施工方案施工工艺和安全措施,通过研究表明,本项目脚手架施工方案能够解决超长悬挑工字钢及悬挑结构板的加固处理问题。
In order to solve the construction problem of external wall scaffolding with super long and super high overhanging structures,combined with an engineering example of a certain hospital,this paper introduces a structural system that uses overhanging scaffolding combined with steel pipe support to return to the top,and steel pipe steel wire rope unloading.On the basis of analyzing the basic situation of the project and the key and difficult points of construction,the anti sliding force of small horizontal bars,large horizontal bars,and fasteners is calculated,and a study is conducted on the scheme of external wall scaffolding for ultra long cantilever structures.Introduce the construction process and safety measures of the construction plan.Through research,it is shown that the scaffolding construction plan of this project can solve the reinforcement treatment problem of ultra long cantilever I-beams and cantilever structural plates.
