海绵城市在应对城市水环境问题、提升城市抗灾能力、改善生态环境和提升城市生活质量上,具有积极的意义。当前,海绵城市设计的相关规范标准仍存在缺陷,需通过分析总结实际项目设计过程中的经验,以促进海绵城市设计行业的健康发展,提升项目落地的可靠性。通过查阅当前国家及海绵试点城市发布的标准和图集,分析对比海绵城市设计指标计算的异同点,再总结以往海绵城市设计项目过程中的经验教训,与同行交流学习,最终细化形成个人关于海绵城市设计中关键控制指标的计算方法和海绵城市的设计策略。

Sponge cities have significant importance in addressing urban water environment issues,enhancing urban disaster resistance,improving ecological environment,and enhancing urban living quality.Currently,there are still deficiencies in the relevant regulations and standards for sponge city design,which need to be improved by summarizing the experience in the implementation of project design to promote the healthy development of the sponge city design industry and the reliability of project implementation.By consulting the current national standards and atlases released by sponge pilot cities,comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences in the calculation of sponge city design indicators,summarizing experience and lessons learned in sponge city design projects,and exchanging learning with peers,key control indicators and calculation methods for sponge city design strategies can be refined.
