摘要
为确保液化天然气(LNG)系统的安全性和可靠性,超低温截止阀在极端工况(-196℃)下必须具备极高的耐低温性能。对超低温截止阀DN15进行温度场实验,采集235个超低温截止阀的填料压盖温度数据,经处理后对温度场进行正态分布验证,结果显示填料部分温度场符合正态分布规律。将实验中可能影响温度的因素进行参数化,计算出在对流换热系数、氮气层高度和氮气层温度等3个参数影响下填料压盖部位的温度,并生成填料温度的概率分布图。
To ensure the safety and reliability of the liquefied natural gas(LNG)system,ultra-low temperature shut-off valves must have excellent low-temperature resistance under extreme working conditions(-196℃).A temperature field experiment is conducted on the ultra-low temperature shut-off valve DN15,collecting temperature data from the packing gland of 235 ultra-low temperature shut-off valves.After processing,the temperature field is verified for normal distribution.The results show that the temperature field of the packing part conforms to the normal distribution law.The factors that may affect the temperature in the experiment are parameterized,and the temperature at the packing gland part is calculated under the influence of three parameters:convective heat transfer coefficient,nitrogen layer height,and nitrogen layer temperature.A probability distribution map of the packing temperature is also generated.
