摘要
分析某车型千斤顶固定座处车身钣金撕裂破坏问题,发现在千斤顶固定与限位不充分的情况下,系统振动导致钣金疲劳开裂。设计多种千斤顶固定方案,通过比较筛选确定改进方案。采集试验场载荷谱并进行加速处理,对最终改进方案进行随机振动疲劳分析,结果表明改进方案满足要求,台架试验验证改进方案的有效性。
The tearing damage of the body sheet metal at the fixed seat of certain vehicle jack is analyzed,and it is found that the system vibration leads to fatigue cracking of the sheet metal in the case of insufficient of fixing and limiting of the jack.Multiple jack fixing schemes is designed,and the improvement plan is determined by comparison and screening.The load spectrum of the test site is collected and accelerated,and the random vibration fatigue analysis on the final improvement plan is conducted.The results show that the improved plan meets the requirements.The effectiveness of the improved plan is verified by bench testing.
