仿真驱动的机动生物安全舱通风空调系统设计

摘要 机动生物安全舱通风空调系统设计需要考虑舱室复杂空间布局约束与内环境多功能需求之间的协同,针对这一问题,提出一种流场仿真驱动的机动生物安全舱通风空调系统设计方法。首先,根据舱室需求和尺寸进行通风空调系统相关参数计算;然后,结合舱室布局设计完成系统选型以及多个通风空调系统布置方案的设计,并建立舱室内流场仿真模型;最后,通过流场仿真计算得到不同方案的舱内生物安全性参数与热舒适性参数,综合分析确定最终布置方案。某机动正压舱通风空调系统设计验证方法的可行性。 The design of the ventilation and air conditioning system for the mobile bio-safety shelter needs to consider the coordination between the complex spatial layout constraints and the multi-functional requirements of the internal environment.To address this issue,a flow field simulation driven design method for the ventilation and air conditioning system of the mobile bio-safety shelter is proposed.Firstly,the relevant parameters of the ventilation and air conditioning system based on the shelter requirements and dimensions is calculated;then,combined with the cabin layout design,the system selection and design of multiple ventilation and air conditioning system layout schemes are completed,and a simulation model of the cabin flow field is built;finally,the biological safety parameters and thermal comfort parameters of different cabin schemes are obtained according to flow field simulation calculations,and the final layout scheme is determined by comprehensively comparing and analyzing.The feasibility of the design method for the ventilation and air conditioning system is verified by a certain mobile positive pressure shelter.
