摘要
文章应用SWOT模型,从竞争优势、竞争劣势、面临机会、面临的威胁四个方面对S公司竞争力进行分析,并建立矩阵分析表。基于SWOT模型分析的结果,应用4Ps营销组合策略,从产品策略、价格策略、渠道策略、促销策略四方面确定市场开发策略,提出拓展医药工程市场的有效策略。
This article applies the SWOT model to analyze the competitiveness of S Company from four aspects:strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats,and establishes a matrix analysis table.The 4Ps marketing combination strategy is applied to determine market development strategies from four aspects:product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,and promotion strategy,and propose effective strategies for expanding the pharmaceutical engineering market.
