摘要
针对目前原料药项目控制系统普遍存在的问题提出了一种新的“OCS”控制系统,通过对“OCS”控制系统基本原理的介绍,阐述了“OCS”控制系统较PLC系统及DCS系统的优势,并通过项目实例佐证了“OCS”控制系统的优越性。总之“OCS”控制系统主要通过组件iDTU和RJU的组合,将传输信号由传统的电信号转换成光信号,完美地解决了原料药项目控制系统设计中防爆、线缆过多等诸多难题。
This article proposes a new“OCS”control system to address the common problems in the control systems of active pharmaceutical ingredients.By introducing the basic principles of the“OCS”control system,the advantages of the"OCS"control system over PLC and DCS systems are explained,and the superiority of the“OCS”control system is demonstrated through project examples.In summary,the“OCS”control system mainly converts the transmission signal from traditional electrical signals to optical signals through the combination of components iDTU and RJU,perfectly solving many problems such as explosion-proof and excessive cables in the design of raw material drug project control systems.
