基于固相加热法的聚维酮碘络合工艺改进研究

摘要 研究聚维酮碘络合工艺,以提升产品有效碘含量。通过对聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的质量筛选和正交试验设计优选最佳络合工艺条件,改进工艺得到反应最优条件:PVP水分含量为3.5%~4.1%,粒径大小D90为49μm;络合工艺中碘与PVP配比为1∶7,反应时间为18小时,反应温度为75℃。结果表明,改进后产品有效碘含量比现有产品提升了9.1%~12.1%,且工艺稳定可行,适用于商业化大生产。 Study the Povidone iodine complexation process to improve the effective iodine content of the product.Optimize the best complexation process conditions through the quality screening of polyvinylpyrrolidone and the design of orthogonal tests,the process was improved to obtain the optimal reaction conditions:the water content of PVP is 3.5%-4.1%,and the particle size D90 is 49μm;the ratio of iodine to PVP in the complexation process is 1:7,the reaction temperature is 18 hours,and the reaction temperature is 75℃.The results show that the effective iodine content of the improved product is 9.1%-12.1%higher than that of the existing product,and the process is stable and feasible,which is suitable for large-scale commercial production.
