摘要
钢筋锈蚀将影响其与混凝土之间的粘结强度,并对钢筋混凝土结构的安全性及耐久性产生影响。论文以某钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构为例,从锈蚀钢筋的外观质量、力学性能、锈蚀钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结强度等方面进行了检测和试验分析,并和同规格的未锈蚀钢筋性能进行对比。结果表明,该工程钢筋锈蚀引起的钢筋重量偏差及力学性能指标损失值均在规范允许的范围之内,经除锈处理后可继续使用。该工程钢筋锈蚀对钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结强度无明显影响,但应对锈蚀钢筋作除锈处理。本文为类似工程问题的处理提供了技术参考。
Rust of steel bars will affect their bonding strength with concrete and have an impact on the safety and durability of reinforced concrete structures.The surface quality,mechanical properties,and bond strength between corroded steel bars and concrete is tested and analyzed based on a frame shear wall structure.The results indicate that the weight deviation and decreased mechanical properties caused by corrosion of the steel bars are within the range of the specifications.The corroded steel bars can be used after derusting.Rust of steel bars has no significant impact on the bonding strength between steel bars and concrete.However,rust of the steel bars should be removed.This paper offers suggestion on similar engineering problems.
