一种避雷跨接钢筋弯曲装置的研发

摘要 为了确保引下线避雷跨接的施工质量,本文借鉴弯曲机器流水作业的高效率特性、弯曲机弯折角度的一致性特点,研制了效率更高、合格率更高的避雷跨接钢筋弯曲装置。通过参考各类钢筋加工机具及手工弯曲制作施工案例,创新研发与改良的钢筋弯曲装置,大幅提高了弯曲加工效率及施工合格率,经过施工现场实际应用,此装置易操作且实用性强。 In order to ensure the construction quality of lightning-bonded steel bar,this paper developed a lightning-bonded steel bar bending device with higher efficiency and higher qualified rate by referring to the high efficiency characteristics of pipeline operation of bending machine and the consistency characteristics of bending Angle of bending machine.By referring to various kinds of steel bar processing machines and tools and manual bending construction cases,innovative research and development and improvement of steel bar bending device,greatly improve the bending processing efficiency and construction qualification rate,after the practical application of the construction site,this device is easy to operate and practical.
