摘要
为控制深基坑支护桩的水平位置,论文以某高层建筑项目中的深基坑工程为例,设计针对支护结构的变形控制方法。根据深基坑支护结构土层特点,设计深基坑支护结构中软土地基表层排水与坑外降水;针对工程支护结构的变形特点,采用高压喷射灌浆法对土层进行加固;为满足基坑的支护变形控制需求,采用木桩与木钉联合结合进行支护结构临时加固,按照2∶1∶1(石∶砂∶水泥)的比例进行喷射混凝土的配置,以此实现支护结构临时加固与变形控制。
In order to control the horizontal position of deep foundation pit support piles,a deformation control method for the support structure was designed using a deep foundation pit project in a high-rise building project as an example.According to the characteristics of the soil layer in the deep foundation pit support structure,design the surface drainage of the soft soil foundation and the precipitation outside the pit in the deep foundation pit support structure;Based on the deformation characteristics of engineering support structures,high-pressure jet grouting method is adopted to reinforce the soil layer;in order to meet the deformation control requirements of the foundation pit support,the engineering party adopts a combination of wooden piles and nails for temporary reinforcement of the support structure.The configuration of sprayed concrete is carried out in a ratio of 2∶1∶1 (stone∶sand∶cement) to achieve temporary reinforcement and deformation control of the support structure.
