川渝地区氢能燃料电池汽车产业的发展现状

Development Status of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Industry in Sichuan and Chongqing Region

氢燃料电池汽车被认为是未来新能源汽车的重要发展方向之一。川渝地区是中国西部的重要经济中心,拥有丰富的制氢资源和良好的产业基础,近年来氢能产业呈现出积极发展态势。川渝两地发布了一系列氢能产业规划和指导意见,为产业发展提供了有力支持。川渝地区已汇聚200多家氢能产业相关企业及科研院所,覆盖产业链主要环节,初步构建了氢能“制、储、运、加、用”全产业链。并已建成加氢站近30座,投入运营氢燃料电池汽车近千辆,初步形成了互联互通的成渝氢走廊。此外,川渝地区还积极加强氢能技术研发和创新,共同打造应用示范区,提高氢能产业的竞争力。然而,川渝氢能产业发展也面临着政策体系不完善、基础设施建设不足、燃料电池车推广缓慢等问题,影响了产业的快速健康发展。未来,川渝地区还需加强政策引导与支持,完善政策体系,出台激励政策,加强氢能产业监管;加强成渝地区双城经济圈在氢能产业方面的合作与联动,推动基础设施建设、技术研发和产业化应用等;积极在交通、工业、电力等领域开展氢能应用示范项目,探索氢能应用的最佳模式和路径。

Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are considered to be one of the important development directions for new energy vehicles in the future.Sichuan and Chongqing region is an important economic center in western China,with abundant hydrogen production resources and good industrial foundation.In recent years,the hydro-gen energy industry has shown a positive development trend.Sichuan and Chongqing have issued a series of hydrogen energy industry plans and guidelines,providing strong support for the development of the industry.More than 200 hydrogen-energy-related enterprises and research institutes have gathered in Sichuan and Chongqing region,covering the main links of the industrial chain,and the whole industrial chain of hydrogen energy,i.e.,production,storage,transportation,processing and use,is initially built.Nearly 30 hydrogen refueling stations have been built,and nearly 1000 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have been put into operation,initially forming an interconnected Chengdu-Chongqing hydrogen corridor.In addition,Sichuan and Chongqing region has also actively strengthened the research and development and innovation of hydrogen energy technology,jointly built application demonstration areas,and improved the competitiveness of the hydrogen energy industry.Howev-er,the development of hydrogen energy industry in Sichuan and Chongqing is also faced with problems such as imperfect policy system,inadequate infrastructure construction and slow promotion of fuel cell vehicles,which affect the rapid and healthy development of the industry.In the future,Sichuan and Chongqing region needs to strengthen policy guidance and support,improve the policy system,introduce incentive policies,and strengthen the supervision of the hydrogen energy industry;strengthen the cooperation and linkage in the hy-drogen energy industry in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and promote infrastructure construction,technol-ogy research and development and industrial application;and actively carry out hydrogen energy application demonstration projects in transportation,industry,power and other fields to explore the best mode and path for hydrogen energy applications.
