S Zorb装置吸附剂管线与程控阀问题分析与对策

摘要 S Zorb装置以催化裂化汽油为原料,经吸附脱硫反应降低汽油中的硫含量,具有脱硫率高、辛烷值损失小等特点,是生产符合国Ⅵ标准汽油的重要生产装置。吸附剂管线磨损泄漏与程控阀频繁故障是制约S Zorb装置长周期运行的主要因素。S Zorb装置吸附剂管线的磨损主要是因为吸附剂颗粒气固两相输送引起冲刷腐蚀导致,程控阀的故障初期主要以仪表故障为主,提出了相应的解决措施:通过降低吸附剂流化气速、对部分管线进行预防性贴板或包盒子、部分流程优化和定期检测等手段控制吸附剂管线磨损问题,可有效减少吸附剂管线的泄漏;同时通过在开工前对吸附剂系统管道内焊缝进行彻底打磨吹扫、程控阀执行机构改造、优化相关运行参数以及控制程控阀温度交变等手段可以达到降低程控阀故障率的目的,从而保证装置长周期平稳运行。 S Zorb unit takes FCC gasoline as the raw material,and reduces the sulfur content of gasoline via adsorption desulfurization reactions.With characteristics of high desulfurization rate and low octane loss,it is an important unit for producing gasoline that is in line with the nationalⅥstandards.The wear and leak of adsorbent pipelines and the frequent failure of sequencing valves are the main factors restricting the long cycle operation of S Zorb unit.The main reason for the wear of adsorbent pipelines in S Zorb unit is the erosion corrosion caused by gas-solid two-phase transport of adsorbent particles,and the initial failures of se-quencing valves is mainly caused by instrument failures.Some corresponding solutions are proposed.The leakage of adsorbent pipelines can be effectively reduced by reducing the fluidization gas velocity of adsorbents,cover-ing some pipelines with plates or boxes in advance,optimizing some processes and carrying out regular in-spection.The failure rate of sequencing valves can be reduced by thoroughly polishing and purging the inter-nal weld of the pipelines of adsorbent system prior to the startup,reforming the actuators of sequencing valves,optimizing relevant operating parameters and controlling the temperature change of sequencing valves,so as to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the unit.
