成形路径对Al/CFRTP/Al层板冲压成形特性的影响

摘要 为提升纤维金属层板成形质量和成形精度,研究了不同成形路径对Al/CFRTP/Al层板冲压成形特性的影响规律。通过回弹角度测量、微观形貌分析以及三点弯曲试验,研究了制板成形、成形固化和混合共冲3种不同成形路径对纤维金属层板U形件成形特性的影响。结果表明,混合共冲制备的试件回弹角度为1.34°,中间层内外侧0°方向碳纤维发生拉伸断裂,并形成了贫富树脂区和厚度不均匀等宏观缺陷。成形固化制备的试件回弹角度为2.84°,中间层内外侧0°方向碳纤维均发生拉伸断裂,厚度分布均匀,无宏观缺陷,综合性能较好,成形质量较为可控。 To improve the forming quality and forming accuracy of fiber metal laminates,the influence laws of different forming paths on the stamping characteristics of Al/CFRTP/Al laminates were studied.Springback angle measurement,micromorphology analysis and three-point bending test were conducted to study the influences of three different forming paths,which are sheet forming,forming and curing and combined stamping,on the forming characteristics of fiber metal laminates U-shaped parts.The results show that the springback angle of the specimen prepared under combined stamping path is 1.34°.The carbon fibers in the direction of 0°both inside and outside the middle core layer are tensile fracture,and the maroscopic defects such as resin-starved and resin-rich areas and uneven thickness distribution are formed.The springback angle of the specimen prepared under forming and curing path is 2.84°,and the carbon fibers are tensile fracture in the direction of 0°both inside and outside the middle core layer,the thickness distribution is uniform without macroscopic defects,the comprehensive performance is good,and the forming quality is more controllable.
