股骨粗隆间骨折患者事件冲击现状及其影响因素分析

The current status of event shock in patients with intertrochanteric femur fracture and its influencing factors

目的调查股骨粗隆间骨折(intertrochanteric femur fracture,IFF)患者事件冲击现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取江西省抚州市临川区第一人民医院2022年1月-2023年10月收治的115例IFF患者,采用一般资料问卷、事件冲击量表、一般自我效能感量表、家庭关怀指数问卷及心理韧性量表对其进行调查。结果IFF患者事件冲击得分为(29.63±4.21)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、骨折原因、自我效能感、家庭功能、心理韧性是IFF患者事件冲击的独立影响因素(R^(2)=0.508,调整后R^(2)=0.485,F=22.490,P<0.001)。结论IFF患者事件冲击水平处于轻度,受性别、骨折原因、自我效能感、家庭功能、心理韧性因素影响,医护人员可据此制定个体化干预方案,加强患者心理干预,以降低事件冲击程度,促进患者身心健康。

Objective To analyze the current status of event shock in patients with intertrochanteric femur fracture(IFF)and its influencing factors.Methods Totally 115 IFF patients admitted to the hospital between January 2022 and October 2023 were selected,and surveyed using a general information questionnaire,the event impact scale-Chinese version(IES-C),the general self-efficacy scale,the adaptability partnership growth affection resolve(APGAR)and the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC).Results The IES-C score of IFF patients was(29.63±4.21)points.According to multiple linear regression analysis,sex,reasons for fracture,self-efficacy,family function and mental resilience were independent influencing factors of event shock in IFF patients(R^(2)=0.508,adjusted R^(2)=0.485,F=22.490,P<0.001).Conclusion The event shock of IFF patients is low and influenced by such factors as gender,reasons for fracture,self-efficacy,family dysfunction and mental resilience.Therefore,individualized program can be developed to strengthen psychological intervention to lower the event shock in patients.
